Hidden fees and valet-only parking caught us off guard, making it feel like a constant game of roulette for extra costs. Having to ask repeatedly for basic items like toilet paper was frustrating. I shouldn't need to barter for necessities during a vacation.

Beautiful hotel with an ocean view from the balcony. The kids loved the water slide, and we had 2 pools to relax in. Staff was super nice, especially Jan who got us snorkeling gear. Plus, the Starbucks was a lifesaver for coffee. The suite had air conditioning and was spacious with a flat-screen TV.
